Monthly Booking

In order to provide the best and most up-to-date service options, our schedules open one month at a time. On the first Monday of each month at 9:00am CST, you can visit our website to view the next month’s availability and secure your times with your favorite tutor.

Account Registration

Registering for an account on our site can make scheduling a breeze. After booking your first appointment, click “Register for an Account” on the confirmation page to set up login information, and you’re all set to use it next time!

Individual + Small Groups
​
We believe that the best results come from a combination of individual and Small Group sessions. We encourage group class participation for students to learn from their peers and feel stimulated in an engaging small group environment.

Payment + Cancellation Policy
​
All individual, small group sessions, and assessments are billed after completion. We bill the form of payment we have on file for you, unless otherwise specified. We ask for 24 hours notice for session cancellations. Our tutors are committed to scheduled times and plan for sessions, therefore, you will not be reimbursed for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
