Carlos Becerra, CEO + Founder
Carlos (he/him/él) has been teaching, researching, and writing customized curricula and providing academic enrichment in a variety of subjects for well over a decade. A third-generation educator and son of two college professors, Carlos founded the educational company BEC with the understanding that the one-size-fits-all approach of traditional programs didn’t meet the needs of most learners. Through a tailored and approachable way to help students do their best academically, BEC has grown from a Chicago company to a virtual education hub that prepares students for academic challenges and empowers them for success.
