In this online introductory programming class, we will learn the foundations of coding in javascript.Examples of topics covered include functions, loops, conditionals, and variables. Each topic will include hands-on activities and all programming will be graphics-based so students can immediately see their creations come to life.
The course will have two tracks, one for students who are novices in computer science, and one more accelerated track for experienced coders with larger problems and more time to work on their own projects towards the end of the course. Students will be provided with supplemental practice work after each class. Please note there will be no make-up times or refunds for missed group sessions. |
